Moths a plenty - June 4, 2010


Having left an exterior light on last night, we woke to find an array of moths resting on the wall of the house this morning:










Beautiful Luna Moth, above.




I still need to identify this rather large moth, above.


Moths are amazing at camoflauge.

Gorgeous! I love moths. The kids are terrified of them, and I have no idea why. I've never seen one like that green one in your photo...amazing.
